The Agi One Treatment
AGI ONE uses a unique technology that releases nanoparticles directly into and onto the hair shaft to smooth and condition hair.

This dual action technology enables hair to begin repairing from the inside while creating a protective layer on the outside of the hair shaft.

Unlike traditional keratin treatments, AGI ONE is based on silk proteins and amino acids to aid the hair and its health. A key product feature is that it doesn’t contain any formaldehyde.

Step One
The Agi One treatment is activated by heat, under thermal action the film crystallises on the hair surface (thermal crystallisation), homogenising and settling even more conditioning agents into the hair shaft.

The Agi One Co-Wash Violet treats and realigns the hair, shielding and reducing frizz with a subtle shine effect. The Agi One Co-Wash Violet has a casting effect which neutralizes the yellow tones and realigns the hair fibre.

Step By Step
The Directions
STEP 01
Wash the hair with the Agi One deep cleansing shampoo. (wash the hair twice). Leave on the first deep cleanse shampoo for 2-5 minutes to remove excess oils and build up.
STEP 02
Towel dry the hair to about 80% dryness
TIP: for seamless results use the Agi Max Faultless Seal Spray Prior to the treatment
STEP 03
Prep the treatment, shake the Agi One treatment bottle vigorously to shake up all ingredients, pour the product into an applicator bottle or bowl with a tint brush.
STEP 04
Apply from the front hair line to the ends of the hair making sure to coat all of the hair whilst paying special attention to the hairline and nape. Comb through evenly and develop for the reccomended time.
TIP: half way through the process re-comb the hair
STEP 05
Rinse off the Agi One treatment and apply a small amount of conditioner and followed by The Agi Max mask if required and comb evenly through the hair and rinse.
STEP 06
Bring the client back to the chair and blast dry the hair to 100% (a smooth blow-dry can be performed).
TIP: spray the hair with Agi One Thermo Control for maximum shine results
STEP 07
To activate the treatment section the hair into small sections starting at the nape, passing the Agi T8 Iron over 7-10 times and once complete style the hair as desired.
TIP: temperature 190-230°Celsius (Depending on hair sensitivity)

Will Agi One turn pre-lightened hair brassy?Agi One Violet can be used on pre-lightened hair and will not turn the hair brassy. For blone or highlighted hair it is always reccomended to use Co-Wash Violet. If you use the recommended temperatures on your Agi T8 Iron you should not experience lifting of the hair colour.

What is the recommended processing time?The processing time for each treatment varies (use the guide above) from 20-40 minutes depending on texture, length and colour of the hair. With Agi One you cannot over-process the hair.

What hair types are best suited for Agi One?We highly recommend Agi One for all hair types and we have developed specalists treatments that combat different hair type concerns. The Agi One Treatment is especially effective on Polynesian & other types of resistant hair types. It is possible to use the Agi One Serum underneath and the Co-Wash Violet on top ig the hair is pre-lightened and resilant.

How soon can you colour the hair after the Agi One process?You can colour or tone the hair immediately after the smoothing process. We recommend you apply the colour or toner after the Agi One hair smoothing process. If you wish to apply bleach or lighten the clients hair Agi One Co-Wash Violet should be used after the lightening process but prior to the toning process.

Is the Agi One T8 Iron Essential?Whilst we recommend using the Agi T8 iron for all Agi One smoothing treatments it is not essential. You will need to use a straightening iron that has a variable temperature setting. This will allow you to adust the temperature to suit the hair type and hair area.

How long is the Agi One Process?The processing time is depending on hair length and texture of the hair, the complete process can take from 1 1/2 - 2 hours in total.

How long do the results last?The Agi One results from the treatment will last anywhere from 3-5 months. The duration will increase as your client continues to have the treatment performed and results will last longer with the correct use of The Agi One Maintenace Range.

How much will the treatment cost me per client?The Agi One Treatment will cost you $15-$20 per client depening on hair length and texture. This is not including your time investment. You should calculate the cost for your treatment and the time it takes you to complete the treatment and come up with a price that is ideal for your demographic of clientele.

Is Agi One safe for pregnant women?Agi One and Agi One Maintenance products are completely safe for the use on pregnant women.

Why is it essential to shake the bottle prior to use?To awaken the nano particles it is essential to shake the treatment bottle vigorously prior to pouring the product in the applicator bottle or bowl.

Is the Agi One Maintenance Range Recommended?Agi One does offer an at-home maintenace range. The range consists of a Shampoo, Conditioner, Heat Protectant and Leave in Mask. All these products aid in prolonging the treatments results and is highly reccomended for your clients to keep using this range.

Are all ingrediants Australian Approved?Yes all Agi One ingrediants are Australian Approved.

When can the client wash their hair?The client can wash their hair the same day the treatment is performed and this will not alter the effects. It is important to note that the treatment is best activated by heat so a blast dry, smooth blowdry or soft straighten is recommended for the client to obtain the maximum results.
