50 Minutes - Highly lightened hair that shows damage (previously used 20 vol + or high lift tint)
70 Minutes - For normal coloured hair in good condition.
90 Minutes - For virgin or resistant hair.

200 - 210 Degrees - Coloured hair in good condition.
210 - 230 Degrees - For virgin hair
